Pregnancy Hip Flexor Stretch Exercise Video
Start with one knee on the mat and the opposite leg bent and foot firmly on the mat and straight. The leg that is down is the leg you will be stretching. Move your back foot out just a bit, shift your weight and body forward until you feel a stretch. Raise your arm and do a slight side bend to the opposite side. Hold this stretch for 20 to 30 sec.
