Pregnancy Stretching Exercises for the Upper Body

Pregnancy "Child's" Pose Exercise Video

Start in the all fours position. As you sit back on your heals, move your knees apart to make room for the baby. Your arms will remain straight and your head will fit nicely between your arms. This exercise will stretch your lower back, hip, shoulders and lats. This is a classic yoga position so a Yoga professional would be your best teacher and may give you a few more pointers than I have done for you.
