Pregnancy "Cat and Cow" Exercise Video
This exercise should be a staple for all pregnant women, your lower back will thank you. Start in the all fours position. Your focus should be on your hips not your back. As you move your hips your back will automatically move. When you tuck your hips under your back will arch. Then move your hips in the opposite direction and your back will sink down. Movement in your lower back will keep it healthy and give your vertebrae a much needed break. This exercise you cannot do enough of!
