Fitness4Baby would like to recognize all the pre/post natal fitness professionals who are improving the lives of pregnant women across the country. We encourage you to submit your own video of pregnancy exercises so women can add them to their pregnancy exercise routine.

Additionally, you may submit an exercise video you woudl like to see represented here for consideration.

Your video will be embedded and linked in our exercise posts pages with a link back to you which will require a link back to our post featuring you as well or our main site.

There are 2 different ways you can submit your video to Fitness4Baby.com for consideration

1. Comment on this blog post:
   Click HERE and then be sure to include the link to the uploaded YouTube video for consideration.
   
   
2. Email your video or YouTube link to existing video to info@fitness4baby.com :
   Be sure to includ the Subject: Please consider this video for your Fitness4Baby.com Exercise Video collection.
   
   *Note: Videos emailed directly without a YouTube link will be featured on Premium Trainers own YouTiube channel at YouTube.com/PremiumTrainers, a sister company of Fitness4Baby.com.
   

Fitness4Baby’s pre/post natal exercise specialists will view and evaluate all videos before we post them live on the site. There is no guarantee your video will be posted. Once the video receives our approval we will contact you and post your video according to order it was received.

Fitness4Baby is now offering our Custom Pregnancy Exercise Video package. Our pre/post natal exercise specialists will design a pregnancy exercise routine specifically for you and include video of the exercises you will perform in your program.

• Starter Video Package includes: 1 hour personal consult, program design, video selection, download or DVD burn - $150
  
  
• Accountability Video Package includes: 1 hour personal consult, program design, video selection, download or DVD burn plus 9 personal training sessions to update program -$600
  
  
• Premium Video Package includes: 1 hour personal consult, program design, video selection, download or DVD burn plus 20 personal training sessions to update program - $1200
  

When an Orange County personal trainer comes to your house and evaluates your surroundings, they are better able to create your program and include the corresponding videos.
