We like to point out all the benefits to exercise for pregnant women. Sometimes a specific exercise is endorsed, other times it is exercise in general. Walking, swimming, weight lifting, yoga or what ever you are into, they all increase your blood circulation which benefits the body in so many ways. Our friends at the American Pregnancy Association posted an article about stretch marks. We were pleased to see exercise was one of the recommendations they gave.
