This is not a “pregnant diet,” it is simply an understanding of the impact of your choices and some suggestions to enhance the health of your pregnancy.
What Should I Eat?
Since this is such a broad topic, we will discuss it in terms of overall quality of nutrients and specific individual needs directed by a Registered Dietitian. We want to enhance awareness of foods that promote a healthy pregnancy and life.
If you are an individual with specific dietary concerns, please consult your Registered Dietitian. There are some foods, suggested by professionals, you may want to avoid. The more you know the better off you will be. A safe and healthy pregnancy is your goal.
